高雄市大社國中前道路旁，被民眾擺上28個花圈，斗大字體寫著「慶祝抓酒駕第一」等，疑似是有民眾因酒後駕車被警方取締，心生不滿才花了1萬多元買花圈諷刺警方。不過，更倒楣的還是花圈業者，因為亂擺花圈，先被警方開罰1200元。

一個花圈一個字，寫著「慶祝高雄市大社分駐所，全市執行酒駕評比第一名，狂抓讓酒駕吐鈔票」。不過警方澄清，根本就沒有「抓酒駕評比」，大社分駐所也沒得第一名，懷疑是有酒駕嫌犯被取締，遭開罰5萬多元後心生不滿，聯合其他同樣酒駕遭逮的朋友一起買花圈嘲諷。

事實上，就在一個月前，同一個地點也曾被擺上花圈，當時是為「慶祝測速照相機啟用」。結果如今又出現諷警花圈，只是業者還沒擺完就被檢舉取締。高雄市警大社分駐所所長林楓凱表示，「懷疑是一個月前，我們有取締到酒駕民眾，他可能因為被取締酒駕，心生不滿，所以設置花圈」。

花圈業者收錢辦事，但擺放花圈到一半，先被員警認定占用道路，依法開罰1200元。而付錢的買主卻一點事也沒有。附近民眾則認為，警察抓酒駕天經地義，可以減少事故發生率，卻被人擺花圈報復，實在太扯。

▼警方表示，先前曾取締過民眾酒駕，可能對方心生不滿，才會擺花圈嘲諷。
